Third time’s a charm for Bishara Dorre! After two consecutive year as the first runner-up, she finally grabbed the title of Miss Wisconsin USA 2014.

Milwaukee native Bishara Dorre was crowned Miss Wisconsin USA 2014 at the conclusion of the state pageant held on Sunday night of September 15th, 2013 at the Performing Arts Center in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. The 23-year-old beauty will represent the state of Wisconsin in the Miss USA 2014 pageant, scheduled for next summer in Florida.
Bishara’s court includes the first runner-up Victoria Sorone Johnston, the second runner-up Carolyn Cianciolo, the third runner-up Heather Herrick and the fourth runner-up Cassandraw Besaw.
Bishara is no stranger to beauty pageants, especially the Miss USA system. She was the first runner-up in Miss Wisconsin USA 2013, the second runner-up in Miss Wisconsin USA 2012, Miss Wisconsin’s Outstanding Teen 2007 and Miss Wisconsin Teen USA 2006.
In 2007, Bishara became the first former Miss Teen USA state titleholder to win a Miss America’s Outstanding Teen state title. She made it to the top 10 at Miss America’s Outstanding Teen 2007 pageant.
Bishara is a graduate from Wauwatosa East High School. She has a degree in broadcast journalism from Columbia College in Chicago.
Earlier this year, Dorre was one of the FOX Sports Wisconsin girls chosen to go to Germany to help FOX Sports bring spring training to American troops there.
At the same event, Patience Vallier was crowned Miss Wisconsin Teen USA 2014 and will compete in the Miss Teen USA 2014 pageant, traditionally held in the Bahamas next July.
