Jessica Billings Crowned Miss Pennsylvania USA 2013

Jessica Billings, Miss Berwyn USA, was crowned Miss Pennsylvania USA 2013 on December 2, 2012 at the Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh International Airport hotel. The beauty from Berwyn, Pennsylvania is 25 years old and stands 5’8″. She will represent Pennsylvania in the Miss USA 2013 beauty pageant, competing for the right to represent the USA in the Miss Universe 2013.

Jessica has previously served as a youth ambassador for the United States to the 2007 United Nations World Youth Assembly in Geneva. She has also previously served on the board of the National Organization for Youth Safety. Billings entered the pageant as Miss Berwyn USA.

As a pageant contestant Billings has chosen autism as the cause which she is a patron of. The choice of the cause was sparked by her own family’s experience with autism. Billings has been an advocate of youth safety. She has served on the board of the National Organization for Youth Safety (2007), the Youth for Road Safety, Youth Task Force, and the Students against Destructive Decisions National Student. She was honoured to address the UN General Assembly on the topic of road safety.
