Road to Miss England 2013:
Kerri Ingram-Walpole was crowned Miss Bristol 2013 during the final of the pageant held on Monday, February 18, 2013 at the Mercure Bristol Holland House Hotel & Spa in Redcliffe. The beauty from Dublin is 23 years old and stands 5’7”. With the tittle, Kerri Ingram-Walpole has also secured herself a place in the Miss England 2013 grand final in June, competing for the right to represent the country in Miss World 2013 pageant.
Kerri is a journalism, media and cultural studies student at the University of the West of England. She grew up in Surrey and Dublin before moving to Bristol two years ago, where she is living near Cabot Circus in the city centre.
Speaking after her coronation, she said: “It’s been an amazing experience. My mum made me enter so I suppose I will have to thank her. Funnily enough, she is in Dubai at the moment so will be fast asleep. I can’t wait to tell her.”
The first runner-up was Amelia Watt, a 23-year-old supply teacher from Corsham in Wiltshire and the second runner-up was Cassie Wilkins.
