Her pageant platform is “Child Sexual Abuse Awareness and Prevention.” “It is her goal to be an advocate and spokes person for the youth across our state and nation who may have fallen victim to abuse.”

“Mallory paid her dues as 1st Runner Up the past two years,” said Kenny Mack, Executive Director of the Miss New York Organization. “We are excited to see how she builds on that experience as her goal has finally been reached. It took a lot of dedication to come back year after year, and we respect her for that.” Hagan has been involved in the Miss America Program for over 10 years when she started competing in Miss Alabama’s Outstanding Teen, a state feeder system into the Miss America Organization.
The first runner-up was Miss Manhattan Katie Berry. The second runner-up was Miss Greater Rochester Nina Davuluri. The third runner-up was Miss Brooklyn Maria DeSantis. The fourth runner-up was Miss Niagara Desiree Wiley.
