Noémie Happart, Miss Liege 2013, was crowned Miss Belgium 2013 – Miss Belgie 2013 on Sunday ngight of January 6th, 2013 at the Casino Knokke Heist. The beauty from Liege is 19 years old and stands . She will represent Belgium at the Miss Universe 2013 and Miss World 2013 pageants.

Noémie also won the Miss Sport title.
The first runner-up was Sherine Dandoy, 21, from Sclayn. The second runner-up was Melissa Vingerhoed, 21, from Ottenburg.
Noémie Happart, who was elected Miss Belgium 2013, commented his victory Sunday night believing that his smile was “perhaps played a role.”
“Of course I’m happy. I do not know what to say,” Noémie commented on her victory Sunday night. “I heard my name being mentioned often these days, but now it is done, I am Miss Belgium.”
Noémie obviously does not know yet what to expect for the next few days but it has already led several plans for the future. “I think it will be impossible for me to continue my studies in psychology. Representing Belgium is what I dreamed for. It was a childhood dream. My model is Miss Julie Taton, who is still dynamic and positive. I also want to invest in organizations working with children, “she said.
“Is it worth the victory Yes! Absolutely,” for their part, responded the first runner, Sherine Dandoy, Sclayn Vingerhoed and Melissa, of Ottenburg. “They would have just as much deserve,” modestly replied the new Miss Belgium.
Noémie’s hometown is Grace-Hollogne. Noemie knows English, Dutch and French languages. She is a first year student of Medicine at the Liege University. She likes dancing, traveling, photography and her studies.
