Reigning Miss New York USA Joanne Nosuchinsky paid a visit to the ASPCA’s Adoption Center in NYC on Tuesday of April 9, 2013 where she “styled” shelter dogs in celebration of the 16th Annual ASPCA Bergh Ball. She bestowed furry VIPs with sparkling pieces from the Tender Voices™ jewelry collection from Firestar Diamonds, which benefits the ASPCA, and visited with loving cats and dogs throughout the afternoon.
The 16th Annual ASPCA Bergh Ball, which draws a passionate and distinguished crowd of animal lovers, including community leaders and celebrities, will take place on April 11 at The Plaza in NYC. The theme of this year’s Bergh Ball is “Animal Kingdom.”

Joanne Nosuchinsky was crowned Miss New York USA 2013 on Sunday night of January 20, 2013 at the Purchase College Performing Arts Center at 735 Anderson Hill Road, Harrison, New York. The beauty from Hells Kitchen is 24 years old and stands 5’7″. She will represent the state of New York in the Miss USA 2013 beauty pageant, tentatively scheduled to take place in Las Vegas in June 2013.
