Raeanna Johnson, the reigning Miss Madison-Capital City, was crowned Miss Wisconsin 2014 at the conclusion of the Miss Wisconsin Scholarship pageant held on June 21st, 2014 at the Alberta Kimball Auditorium in Oshkosh. She will represent the state of Wisconsin in the upcoming Miss America 2015 pageant, scheduled for September 14, 2014 in Atlantic City.

This is Raeanna’s second reign as Miss Wisconsin. She took over Laura Kaeppeler as Miss Wisconsin 2011 when Laura was crowned Miss America 2012. It is also the second year in a row Madison-Capital City wins Miss Wisconsin pageant.
Raeanna is a graduate of UW-La Crosse in Organizational Communication Studies with a minor in Women’s Studies.

Founded in 1936, the Miss Wisconsin Pageant program is a preliminary for The Miss America Organization, one of the nation’s leading achievement programs and the world’s largest provider of scholarship assistance for young women. Last year, the Miss America Organization and its state and local organizations made available more than $45 million in cash and scholarship assistance. The Miss Wisconsin Organization offers cash and scholarship assistance. Almost all contestants have either received, or are in the process of earning either college or postgraduate degrees, and utilize Miss America scholarship grants to further their educations.
