Sara Cavagnari was crowned Miss International Italy 2013 by the out-going queen Giulia Masala at the conclusion of the pageant held on September 22nd, 2013 at the Grand Hotel of Cesenatico in the province of Forlì-Cesena, Emilia-Romagna region. The 25-year-old model from Reggio Emilia will represent Italy in the upcoming Miss International 2013 pageant, scheduled for December 17, 2013 in Shinagawa Prince Hotel Hall, Tokyo, Japan.

Miss International Italy 2013 Sara Cavagnari. She will compete in the Miss International 2013 pageant in Tokyo.
This is the fourth edition of the Miss International Italy pageant with the participation of 20 candidates. According to the press release by the organization, Sara is is a model and an art gallery owner who loves traveling.
The second place was 18-year-old Giulia Amodio, who was elected Miss Brc Romagna Cooperative Bank
The third place was 24-year-old Raluca Trif, who was elected Miss Chevrolet Esse Car by Linea Blu.
The fourth place was 20-year-old Francesca Ena, who was elected Miss Raggianti beachwear,
The fifth place was 20-year-old Annarita di Sarno, who was elected Miss Lighthouse restaurant.
Miss Talent went to 18-year-old Conny Notarstefano.
Italy has never won Miss International title. The country’s highest placement was a second runner-up of Faida Fagioli in 1965. Italy’s latest placement in Miss International was 1991 when Mikaela Monari made it to the top 15.
